2023 Wrath Falanghina

Wrath owner, Michael Thomas, is an archaeologist with excavations in Italy.  This wine combines his work in Italy with his California winery.  The 2022 Wrath Falanghina comes from the two rows of this ancient grape planted in our estate vineyard.  It is fermented in stainless steel tanks until dry and then rested in tank for several months to allow flavors to knit together.  A fragrant bouquet of orange blossom, jasmine and lemon leads to subtle flavors of honeydew melon and lychee with a hint of seat salt spray.  Very refreshing and clean.
