These grapes have classic SLH character with black and red berry flavors, a touch of herbs, and some mineral/earthiness.
Aromas of blackberries and cherry cola join undertones of menthol and wild herbs. This blends with flavors of black cherry, vanilla and an earthy element that merge into a long, structured finish with lots of dark fruit.

Tondre Grapefield produces the richest fruit we work with and the resulting wine carries that personality into the bottle. Some of this wine's highlights are flavors of dark plum, hints of cocoa, and a mineral-earthy element in the finish.
