This rich and layered Pinot Noir offers aromas of dark berries and cherry complimented with hints of dried herbs and anise.
Estate grown grapes are hand picked and hand sorted before fermenting in steel vats; then rested on the lees for 3 to 4 months while flavors knit together. Filtering and canning takes place at the winery. Only BPA-free cans are used. The new wine is allowed to rest for six months before release. Our cans have an internal liner and the air pocket created by this design helps keep the wine chilled longer if being used outside and enjoyed directly from the can.
The 2020 EX Sauvignon Blanc is bright and refreshing with pronounced white grapefruit and crisp acidity.

"Fermata" means halted in Italian and this wine is so named because we halt the secondary fermentation at its halfway point. This gives the wine richness but also preserves its acidity and energy.

This Pinot Noir has a captivating nose of violets and red fruits, followed by layers of blackberries, dark plum and spices (think cloves and nutmeg) with an underlying minerality. Its bright acidity lifts the dark flavor notes and adds energy and interest.

A classic example of Santa Lucia Highlands Pinots, this wine has rich berry flavors of cranberry and pomegranate along with a classic mineral undertone that runs through the palate and highlights the finish. It is balanced, beautiful and delicious from beginning to end.
The palate highlights red licorice, black cherry and vanilla, with bright acidity and an earthy element, that merge into a long, structured finish that has lots of dark fruit.

Deep and full-flavored, the 2019 San Saba Pinot Noir has aromas of spice box, apple peel and minerals that join flavors of cooking spices, blackberry fruit and cherry cola along with a pleasing earthiness and acidity that knits everything together in a wonderful glass of wine.
Tondré Grapefield produces the richest fruit we work with and the resulting wine carries that personality into the bottle. The 2019 vintage was another wonderful growing year for our area and this wine highlights that with flavors of dark plum, hints of cocoa, and a mineral-earthy element in the finish.
Intense and elegant, with aromatics of pine forest and spice while the palate is rich and structured.
